The YOMYOMF Network: Attack of the Paparazzi

  • April 10, 2012 6:40 pm

Normally, I don’t care for the paparazzi or tabloids, but they become harder to ignore when you receive numerous early morning tweets, emails and messages about them. In this case, it was regarding pics of actor Jessica Alba mixing it up in the ring with WWE wrestler John Morrison that appeared in the British tabloid rag Daily Mail:

What does this have to do with YOMYOMF? Well, if the presence of my fellow Offender Jerome in the foreground of the shot above doesn’t give it away, this was taken during a shoot for a promo we’re filming to launch our upcoming YOMYOMF Network on YouTube.

The promo is being co-directed by our own Justin Lin and the awesome Timothy Kendall who previously gave us this Interpretations gem starring honorary Offender Danny Pudi:

Kick Off!

Here is a brief accounting of the good natured ribbing which occurred during the pre-season game between the Oakland Raiders and the San Francisco 49ers:

…one bystander: punched after trying to break up a fight between two alleged gang members.

…one drunk ass: thrown in jail after being stopped by two bike cops, grabbing one of their handle bars, and yelling “take their bikes!”  No word on whether other fans took his exhortation to heart.

Just want to point out that it's never in poor taste to include a picture of Jessica Alba wearing a Raiders cap.

…one man: waiting for the bathroom, ends up hospitalized after someone slams his head into the wall.

Q: What do you get when you cross an agnostic, a dyslexic, and an insomniac?

A: Someone who stays up all night wondering if there’s a dog.

If you’re reading this, it means we weren’t all vaporized in the Rapture on Saturday, and worse, Phil hasn’t had his three-way with Jessica Alba and Betty Rubble.

Funky Crush

  • July 5, 2010 10:45 pm

I get crushes on the most unlikely of ladies.  While most of my hetero wolfpack tend to lust for the likes of Megan Fox (of Transformers 1 – pre boob boost), Tea Leoni (in Bad Boys 1 – how her lips and legs look wet 24/7 defies science), Jessica Alba (idealized on the poster of Honey), Tamlyn Tomita (of The Karate Kid 2 with hot Okinawan tan), Sandra Bullock (in faux sex scene with Stallone in Demolition Man), or Halle Berry (idealized in the unnecessary topless scene in Swordfish), I, on the other hand, have consistently crushed in a much different direction…

No Love For “Valentine’s Day”

  • February 12, 2010 3:54 am

We’re all familiar with the popular saying about love being the   universal language. And here I thought the universal   colloquial was laughter but, digress I must. It’s the cusp of a Valentine’s Day weekend and we’re talking about amour’s transcedence: Its  wondrously unique ability to bridge divides; to invalidate differences — regardless of how significant or petty — into 3rd class irrelevance. Love is the sum total of an equation pairing two sides of egalitarian respect and adoration. It is, borrowing a popular aphorism I used to bite regularly when writing syrupy love cards to girlfriends, “an exclusive fan club with only two members.”  I got a lot of love for love.

So what’s wrong with this picture?
