Saw my 73 year old Aunt recently. It’s been nearly 20 years. I wasted nearly 20 years not having any connection. Mostly, I needed to grow up. But man it feels good when you get a hug from family. It feels good when someone wants to feed you something they made because they love you. Feels pretty good.
Anyway, she has taught me a couple of things recently:
A) Always wash your hair in cold water, keeps your hair thick and black. I’m not sure abut this one.
B) Drink a cup of hot water when waking up. Good for poop… I’m not going to say where I am right now but it rhymes with Moy-let. Hot water is good….:)

a good bowel movement is a fine balance of science, myth, lore, and trial and error.
the only surefire remedy for unclogging the sphincter plumbing is the trusty old prune. if one is not handy, a plum will do too
hmmm… issues…. and maybe a fixation. No matter, we all own. That’s my pigeon.
I had a great-aunt in my adoptive family (grandma’s sister). Everyone was afraid of her… afraid she would “draw a bead” on them and they would be a victim of her vicious wit and sharp tongue. No one knew what she would say next. I loved her… and miss her so much even now. Maybe that’s where I got her, at times, acerbic delivery. I don’t mind… they fear me now. Better to be feared than pooped on.
Treasure the people… and make more moments to remember.
=)
I cannot improve upon Roger’s poop comments. So, hats off to Roger. Or drawers down, but not in a dirty way. Glad you got together with family….makes a big difference.
By the way, I missed your blog….just been super busy.
you sure do love you some poop
