This is the aptly named Phallostethus cuulong:

It’s a new species of fish that was discovered by scientists in Vietnam (though locals residing in the Mekong delta region were already aware of it). As Can Tho University researcher Tran Dac Dinh told the press, “We have scientifically identified a new penis-head fish in Vietnam.”

That’s right—the Phallostethus cuulong has a penis attached to its head under its throat.

There are so many things I can say about this, but I will maintain an air of maturity and restrain myself (well, aside from the “dickhead” line in the title—sorry about that). However, let me just conclude with the observation that this is indeed an awesome world we live in where such wonders can exist.
