Thurman is accused of defrauding Korean Immigrants out of thousands of dollars falsely promising that his services would prevent foreclosure. Testimony indicates that Thurman and his band of MOTHERF#&(ERS targeted hundreds of Korean immigrants who’s limited English and unfamiliarity with U.S law made them vulnerable.
Now, the whole foreclosure debacle is a conversation for another day. My point is this…What kind of human being does this? Have people sunk to new depths of scum? Where have the good people gone? I’m depressed over this. Not because the victims are Korean, but because I try to believe that we are all here to make each other better in some way. Maybe I think of people like my mother when I hear about shit like this. URGGGH! This FUCKING MOTHER FUCKER Timothy Thurman is worse than a crack dealer, at least with the dealer the buyer knows what he’s getting. This FUCKER knew these people didn’t know what the hell he was talking about. And those mother fucker translaters that helped him should be…. ARGGGH!!!! So angry! They looked into these peoples eyes…how do you do that?
Ok, blew my top for a minute. Man, the things people do for money behooves me sometimes. I mean, it must be pretty awesome to wake up in the morning and look at yourself and feel nothing. Maybe that’s what the goal of money is, to make you feel nothing. I don’t know, it’s pretty sad. Reminds me of a Jack Johnson song:

There are human people… and there are humane people.
Even when I was young, I was innocent but I don’t remember ever being naive.
When a person’s being isn’t centered solely on self, this person looks to other people and things to add to the whole of what makes sense. Such people believe in improvement and betterment of self… that each of us contributes to a better world when we do so.
But even though I know not 1/10 of what I should, you can believe me when I say that such people are outnumbered by the other kind.
Know they are there, protect yourself from their stain… but try not to see them.

I think the main detail is the fact that Koreans were hired to bring in victims to this dickhole. My omma always said that it’s the people within your own ethnic group who will try to con you and rip you off first. It’s easier to gain the trust of the larger group when you are a member yourself, I guess.
Yeah, can’t wait for that Yellowstone Caldera to blow. About 90% of human vermin can probably be safely erased from the planet with no real ill effects.

Sorry about the dirtbag and his helpers. It takes a special kind of person to be able to profit off the misery of others, especially when they are able to deliberately lie and misrepresent things….and to be a lawyer that is supposed to help people. Sheeesh. This is one of those times when the rest of us hope that “karma” takes its wrath out on him and his kind painfully…

He goes to prision for six months on Aug 4th for another crime. I am so sorry for the people he did this to. Read his facebook wall to see how little he cares about anyone but himself and how he blames all the bad things that he got caught ( i am sure there is more) doing on other people being a bad influence on him. Did the “bad inflence people” hold a gun to his head and take the money he took from these people….NO! He did it on his own. He got caught and needs to own it. He is sick sick sick!
If you only knew how truly sorry I am. We genuinely were trying to help people. I know you might find that hard to believe. We thought we could stop foreclosures. I hope that you can forgive me. I am sorry for the heartache and pain that I may have caused you and your family. I am sorry you think that I did this out of greed or that we were trying to take advantage of anyone.
I believe that if I had not had to close the firm, I could have saved most of my client’s homes. I had to close the firm because a Korean lady failed to pay me a quarter of a million dollars that she owed the firm in legal fees. Then I was arrested for a crime I did commit. I made a poor decision to forge a judge’s signature in an attempt to save a lady’s home. Again, I am sorry. I was not trying to steal your money. I was trying to save my client’s homes.
