    This is the same problem that plagued Chinese restaurants in the 80s… Instead of tofu, bean curd (or even better, fermented bean curd for tofuru). Just break out the ol’ Chinese-English dictionary and go to town!

    They should have done like the Italians and Japanese do… just call it what it is in your native tongue.

    BTW, this reminds me of a story I heard during the Beijing Olympics. A Chinese restauranteur had an English sign made in preparation for the onslaught of customers the Olympiad would bring, so he went to an online site. The sign he ended up with: “Translation Server Error.” Yum!
