actually herb soup can help u deal with bad breaths. So forget about using Listerine and have ur mom boil u that soup, one bowl for morning and one bowl before you sleep =P

Eating too much soy sauce will make your skin dark. If you someone says you look tanned, especially with women, its not a compliment!

Drinking too many cold beverages will make your “system” weak. I drank gallons of hot tea in the middle of summer in China to strengthen my system.

I can personally attest to the effectiveness of herbal soups. It cleared up my acne right up during those unsightly teenage years. It was bitter as heck but it worked, can’t argue against 4000 years of Chinese medicine.
